Delhi Historical Society Presents History of the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society

The Delhi Historical Society (DHS) will host a program on the history of the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society (HCHS)at the Cannon Free Library, 40 Elm Street, on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m. The nonprofit organization celebrates 50 years of caring for dogs and cats this year. Shelter director Deb Crute will share information about the history and operation of the shelter.

The next program sponsored by DHS is Small Business Saturday, Nov. 24, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Cannon House, 47 Main Street, Delhi. That dat there will be a book signing for “Dog Paws…A Unique Collection of Original Dogtails (tales)”, a fundraiser for HCHS.
