Coffeehouse at the Walton Theatre Presents Claire Boucher and Brad Hurley

Contributed Photo Contributed Photo Music on the Delaware will present Montreal-based Breton singer Claire Boucher and flutist/guitarist Brad Hurley for its Nov. 18 Coffeehouse at the (Walton) Theatre program. Claire will sing traditional songs in French and Breton (a form of Gaelic) and will be accompanied on wooden flute and 12-string guitar by Brad Hurley. Brad is a well-known player and teacher of Irish flute and tin whistle and is an accomplished guitarist. The Coffeehouse runs from 6 to 8 p.m. and is free to the public. Coffee/tea and desserts are served; donations are accepted. Spring 2019 coffeehouse events include John O’Connor on Jan. 20; Whispering Tree on Feb. 17; Smoketown on March 17; O’Shanigans on April 14; and Kathy Shimberg and Erik House on May 19.
