Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

• John M. Tubbs Jr., 26, of Walton, incarcerated at the Delaware County Jail, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with third degree criminal mischief. Deputies say that Tubbs shattered a jail cell window after striking it with his hand. He will answer the charge in Delhi Town Court at a later date.

• Michael Peletz, 60, of Bloomville, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Kortright Town Court.

• Jared Rolfe, 20, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with more passengers than safety belts and unlicensed operator.

• Christopher Bowen, 30, Melville, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speed above 55 m.p.h. and unlicensed operator following a traffic stop in Hancock. He was issued tickets to answer the charges in Hancock Town Court at a later date.

• John K. Kenny Jr., 20, Elmont, was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and failure to dim headlights following a traffic stop in on Interstate 88 in Sidney. He was released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Sidney Town Court at a later date.

• Dana-John Britton, 39, Hobart, was arrested on a Guilford Town Court warrant for failure to pay a fine. He was turned over to the New York State Police for transport to Guilford Town Court.

• Joshua Barnett, 24, Denver, was issued criminal summonses on Sept. 12 charging him with harassment and trespass. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Roxbury Town Court at a later date.

Walton Police Department

Mario A. Morales-Espinoza, 25, Freeport, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged a fugitive from justice following a traffic stop. He was turned over to federal immigration agents.

Bryton Berthold, 20, Jamaica, was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, following a traffic stop. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $500 bail or $1,500 secured bond, scheduled to answer the charge in Walton Village Court at a later date.

Mary E. Laurino, 62, Norwich, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone. She was released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Walton Village Court at a later date.

Delhi Police Department

MaryKay Stiber, 48, South Kortright was served a criminal summons on Sept. 10 charging her with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. The complaint was filed by fraud investigators at the Delaware County Department of Social Services. She is scheduled to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Matthew R. Lugo, 21, Brooklyn and Andrei S. Grant, 22, Queens were charged on Sept. 11 with violating the village noise law following a complaint at 9 Franklin Street. Police responded to a gathering where there was screaming and chanting. They were released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court.

Sidney Police Department

Paul D. Nichols, 53, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with second-degree harassment.

Joshua J. Heady, 25, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with petit larceny.

Corey Demorier, 39, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

New York State Police

Daniel M. Fisher, 49, Franklin, was arrested by Oneonta State Police on Sept. 6 and charged with second-degree harassment.

William J. Impellizzeri, 56, Staten Island, was arrested by Stamford State Police on Sept. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated. He will answer the charge in Harpersfield Town Court.

Joshua K. Barnett, 23, Denver, was arrested on Sept. 13 by Stamford State Police and charged with third-degree menacing and third-degree criminal trespass.

Kyle W. Morenus, 30, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 16 by Sidney State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Interstate 88.

Gerten Decena, 21, Bronx, was arrested on Sept. 15 by Stamford State Police and charged with third-degree menacing, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and obstructing traffic at an intersection.

Daniel K. Buteau, 35, Deposit, was arrested on Sept. 13 by Deposit State Police and charged with second-degree criminal contempt of court for disobeying a court order.

Luis E. Arias, 27, Port Chester, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on state Route 17 in Hancock.
