Cocaine Dealers Sentenced

DELHI - Two men were sentenced to incarceration after admitting to selling cocaine, in Delaware County Court on Feb. 5.

Jesse L. Riglioni, Sr., 61, of Sidney pled guilty to a reduced charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Originally charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, Riglioni admitted to selling cocaine in the village of Sidney on June 16, 2017 as part of a negotiated plea and sentence deal. In exchange for the guilty plea, Riglioni was sentenced to one year in the Delaware County Jail.

Also sentenced was Alexander G. Griffin, 29, of Endicott. Griffin pled guilty to one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, as part of a negotiated plea and sentence deal.

In exchange for the guilty plea, two other counts were dismissed. Griffin admitted to selling cocaine in the town of Deposit in May 2017. Griffin was sentenced to four years in prison, to be followed by one year of post-release supervision and ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, repFROM resenting “drug buy” money.
