Police Instructors Train ...

Contributed photo Contributed photo Last week, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office sponsored a Division of Criminal Justice Services Instruction Development Course at the Sullivan County Emergency Services Training Center in White Lake. Delaware County instructors included Walton Police Department representative Richard Kelly and Delhi Police Department representative James Small. The course is a certification prerequisite for basic law enforcement in service training.
