The public hearing will be held as follows: August 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Town Hall, 72 Tannery Road, Downsville, New York. The public hearing will describe activities undertaken and progress made toward the rehabilitation of housing and deviations from the original program plan. Information will also be presented regarding the planned completion of the housing rehabilitation program and the Town will solicit public comment. The Town will consider recommendations for changes or for the development of future community development efforts. The Community Development Program is funded under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
